When you purchase the Guidelines, you will receive:

• A CD with the current version of:

  • All of the ES&H Guidelines;

  • Guidelines Register (refer to list);

  • Index of Keywords;

  • ISO 9001 Document Map (refer to sample);

  • ISO 14001 Document Map (refer to sample);

  • OHSAS 18001 Document Map (refer to sample);

  • ILO-OHS Document Map;

• Two six-monthly updates (covering the first 12 months of use); and

• Email support for 12 months (i.e. send us an email with questions and queries related to the guidelines and their associated documents and you will promptly receive a response).

When you renew your subscription for annual updates, you will receive:

• Two updates (in January and July each year), each consisting of a CD with the current version of all of the original package files;

• All changes are clearly highlighted (as can be seen on the Sample Guidelines);

• Continuing email support for 12 months (i.e. send us an email with questions and queries related to the guidelines and their associated documents and you will promptly receive a response).
